Pair nothing new: this page talks to the Messenger service of your ZMK keyboard over Web Bluetooth. Messages stay between this browser and the keyboard.

This page is Before pressing ZBM_ENROLL, compare the domain in your browser's address bar with your saved bookmark. Enrollment saves a key for this site in your browser and keyboard. Later connections verify that key automatically. Other sites cannot use it, but enrolling on a fake site authorizes that site.
